New for 2014-15 - Dryland Training Every Other Week

All New Dry Land Training

 

Our RecPlex Fitness staff will be running off-ice training consisting of strength training, calisthenics & plyometric training up in the RecPlex fitness center for all our Peewee & Bantam age skaters.  The staff will be implementing their own dry land drills in addition to the USA Hockey ADM training program.

 

Sticks and gloves are not needed!  Dryland training will run on weeks where skaters do not have on-ice skills.  Please see your team calendar for additional details.
